Queen of Falibati protecting the Seal of Shilen. She is one of the monsters that Shilen gave birth to during the war of the Gods, and her authority nearly equals that of Death Lords. She summons the dead and devils to rule them as her servants, and even employs the low-level devil, Succubus, as her maid. According to Shilen's Priest Hisilrome who is also a Falibati, Themis is a piece of Shilen, the queen of Evil Spirits, who came down to this land.
