Raid Boss - Level 69

A creature of the Land Dragon Antharas, entrusted to protect the Dragon Dungeon, and slay any trespassers who might wake the Land Dragon from his deep slumber. His body is stained with the blood of the many intruders he has killed, and so he is called Bloody Priest Rudelto.
