When the entire set of Vesper Noble is worn, the Sealed Cloak Slot will be open and one can now wear the cloak. The cloak is exclusively for Healer, Enchanter, Summoner and Wizard excluding Kamaels. Enchantment, attribute, and smelting are impossible. No exchange/drop available.
