Talk to PrefectVokian in the Orc Guild in Town of Giran and get Vokian's Order .
Complete Vokian's trial:
- Kill Guardian Basilisk for Guardian Basilisk Fang x10.
- Kill Manashen Gargoyle for Manashen Shard x10.
- Kill Tyrant and Tyrant Kingpin for Tyrant Talon x10.
Return to PrefectVokian and get Vokian's Order and Necklace of Authority .
Talk to Gandi ChiefChianta in the Orc Guild in Dion and get Chianta's 1st Order .
Talk to SeerManakia in Giran. Ask about every tribe and get Manakia's 1st Letter and Manakia's 2nd Letter .
Talk to Breka ChiefVoltar at Breka's Stronghold and get Glove of Voltar . Kill the summoned Quest MonsterPashika Son Of Voltar and Quest MonsterVultus Son Of Voltar, get Pashika's Head and Vultus' Head , then talk to Voltar again and get Scepter of Breka .
Talk to Enku ChiefKepra near Hive Fortress and get Glove of Kepra . Kill the four summoned Quest MonsterEnku Orc Overlord, collect Enku Overlord Head x4, then talk to Kepra again and get Scepter of Enku .
Talk to PrefectKasman in Gludin Village. Ask about every tribe and get Kasman's 1st Letter , Kasman's 2nd Letter and Kasman's 3rd Letter .
Talk to Turek ChiefBurai in the Orc Barracks and get Glove of Burai . Kill the two summoned Quest MonsterMakum Bugbear Thug, collect Makum Bugbear Head x2, then talk to Burai again and get Scepter of Turek .
Talk to Leunt ChiefHarak on the coast northwest of the Langk Lizardmen Dwellings and get Scepter of Tunath .
Talk to Vuku ChiefDriko near the ruined house east of Gludio and get Driko's Contract . Kill Marsh Stakato Drone near Cruma Tower until you collect Stakato Drone Husk x30, then return to Driko and get Scepter of Vuku .
Return all five scepters to Gandi ChiefChianta in Dion and get Chianta's 3rd Order .
At the Timak Outpost, kill Timak Orc, Timak Orc Archer, Timak Orc Soldier, Timak Orc Warrior, Timak Orc Shaman and Timak Orc Overlord until you collect Timak Orc Head x20.
West of Hunters Village, kill Tamlin Orc and Tamlin Orc Archer until you collect Tamlin Orc Skull x20.
Return to Gandi ChiefChianta and get Scepter Box .
Talk to SeerTanapi on the first floor of the Hall of King in the Orc Village and get Tanapi's Order .
On the southern Immortal Plateau, kill Ragna Orc Overlord and Ragna Orc Seer until Quest MonsterRevenant of Tantos Chief appears. Kill it and get Scepter of Tantos .
Return to SeerTanapi and get Ritual Box .
Talk to Flame LordKakai on the second floor of the Hall of King and get the reward:

On LU4, quest items drop simultaneously for all party members.

Chianta, Chief of the Gandi Tribe
You've proven your abilities to Prefect Vokian. Meet Gandi Chief Chianta in the Town of Dion.
Five Unique and Honorable Deaths
Recover the flame scepter from the 5 lower Orc tribes. The tribes are called the Breka, Enku, Vuku, Turek and Tunath. Visit Seer Manakia in Giran Castle Town and Prefect Kasman in Gludin Town for detailed instructions.

Return to Chianta
You've collected the scepters from the 5 lower Orc tribes. Take them to Gandi Chief Chianta.
Punish the Betrayers
You've recovered the flame scepters from the 5 lower Orc tribes. Now you must make war against the Timak and Tamlin Orc tribes. Bring back 20 heads from each tribe! Monsters to Hunt - Timak Outpost: Timak Orcs Hunters Valley: Tamlin Orcs and their Archers

The Punishment Ends
You've brought 20 heads from the Tamlin and Timak Orc tribes. Return to Chianta.
Priest of the Immortal Plateau
Take the box you got from Gandi Chief Chianta to Seer Tanapi in Orc Village.
The Scepter of Tantos
Find the Ragna Orc Overlord or Seer somewhere on the Immortal Plateau and recover the stolen scepter. Monsters to Hunt - Ragna Orc Overlords, Ragna Orc Seers, Revenant of Tantos Chief

Recovered Scepter of Tantos
You've recovered the Scepter of the Tantos tribe. Take it to Seer Tanapi.
To the Lord of Flame
You've recovered the stolen scepter and delivered it to Seer Tanapi. Now take the ritual box to Flame Lord Kakai.
