- Talk to BardRukal in the Dion Temple, Parina in the Gludin Temple, then ElderCasian in the Wasteland.
- Kill Quest MonsterSinging Flower of Phantasm at Fellmere Lake, Quest MonsterSinging Flower of Nightmare near the Sea of Spores waterfall and Quest MonsterSinging Flower of Darkness east of Tanor Canyon. Collect all three Golden Seeds.
- Return to BardRukal and receive

- Seeds of the Singing FlowersYou've eliminated the singing flowers and collected all their seeds. Take them to Bard Rukal.
- Collecting Elemental TonesYou must have absolute tone in order to grow a millennium flower. Find the water undine in Fellmere Lake, the salamander of flames in the Ruins of Despair, the wind sylph at the northwest entrance to the Wastelands and the earth snake in the Ruins of Agony. They have the elemental tones.
- Secret of the TonesYou've collected the tones of 4 spirits. Return to Rukal to create absolute tone.
