When party member first receives ordinary melee attack, applies to attacker: 'Seal of Judgment' that can't be removed. Atk. Spd. -23%. Duration: 5 sec. If attacker is already affected by 'Seal of Judgment', it is not reapplied. Instead applies to attacker: Incoming Damage +12%. Duration: 5 sec. Can be applied only to party member. Can't be used for 30 sec after joining a party. Effect only works while in a party with the caster.
