Mercenary Captain says you have to demonstrate your capability appropriate to become a top elite mercenary.
Walkthrough
- After completing
Path to Becoming an Elite Mercenary, talk to a Territory Battle Mercenary Captain, for example GludioMercenary Captain, and take 
Elite Mercenary Certificate if you do not already have it. - Accept the quest from the Mercenary Captain.
- During Territory Battles, kill 30 enemies registered for another territory and destroy enemy territory catapults twice.
- Return to the Mercenary Captain and get the reward:

Steps from the game client
- Let's become a top Elite Mercenary.Mercenary Captain asks you to demonstrate your capability appropriate to become a top elite mercenary. He said he will approve your capability if you participate in a territory battle, and kill 30 enemies and destroy the enemy's territory catapult twice.
- Attack the territory catapult.All enemies are killed. But the mission to destroy the enemy's territory catapult is still left.
- Kill all enemies.The enemy's territory catapult has been destroyed, but the war will continue as long as enemies are remaining. Kill all enemies.
- To Mercenary CaptainEverything that Mercenary Captain has asked is finished. Let's go to see him and show that you're fully capable of being an elite mercenary.
