- Talk to Head BlacksmithVergara in Hunter Village while you have
Royal Membership and are level 55 or higher. - Hunt in Forsaken Plains: Fallen Orc gives
Kail's Silver Basilisk , Fallen Orc Archer gives 
Kail's Gold Golem , Fallen Orc Shaman gives 
Kail's Blood Dragon , and Fallen Orc Captain can give any of the three. - BringKail's Silver Basilisk x10, Kail's Gold Golem x10, Kail's Blood Dragon x10, and the extra coin requested by Head BlacksmithVergara to exchange for a recipe:
