Head of Shadith x1. - Return to HierarchKadun Zu Ketra and get the reward:

Totem of Valor is used to raise your rank in
Alliance with Ketra Orcs. If the raid dies while you are in a party, every nearby party member with the quest can receive the head.

- Slay the hero!Kadun Zu Ketra, the elder of Ketra Orcs has assigned to you the Test of Courage. Go to Varka Silenos Stronghold, slay Varka's Hero Shadith and bring back his head.
