Head Blacksmith Newyear of the Town of Schuttgart makes armor that only members of the Clan Academy can wear.
Walkthrough
- Talk to Head BlacksmithNewyear in Town of Schuttgart. Your character must be a Clan Academy member with a sponsor.
- Hunt Quest MonsterBruin Lizardman near Schuttgart until you collect
Bruin Lizardman Blood x10. - Return to Head BlacksmithNewyear and choose an armor type: Heavy, Light, or Robe.
- The sponsor must stand near Head BlacksmithNewyear and provide crystals:
- Heavy:
Crystal: D-Graded x922 - Light or Robe:Crystal: D-Graded x771
- Talk to Head BlacksmithNewyear to continue the quest.
- With the sponsor nearby, hunt Quest MonsterPicot Araneid near Crypts of Disgrace until you collect
Picot Araneid's Leg x8. - Return to Head BlacksmithNewyear and receive the selected set:
- Light:
Clan Oath Helmd x1, 
Clan Oath Brigandined x1, 
Clan Oath Leather Glovesd x1, 
Clan Oath Bootsd x1

- Slay the Bruin LizardmanHead Blacksmith Newyear of the Town of Schuttgart tells you to bring him the materials necessary to make Clan Academy armor. Go south of the Town of Schuttgart and get 10 bottles of Bruin Lizardman Blood. Monster to Hunt - Bruin LizardmanItems:Bruin Lizardman Blood x10
- Go to NewyearYou've collected all the lizardmen's blood needed. Return to Head Blacksmith Newyear.Items:Bruin Lizardman Blood x10
- Get Help from SponsorHead Blacksmith Newyear says he needs 922 D-Grade crystals to make heavy armor. Your Sponsor must acquire the necessary crystals and take them to Newyear.
- Get Help from SponsorHead Blacksmith Newyear says he needs 771 D-Grade crystals to make light armor. Your Sponsor has to get the necessary crystals and then go to Newyear.
- Get Help from SponsorHead Blacksmith Newyear says he needs 771 D-Grade crystals to make the robe. Your Sponsor has to get the necessary crystals and then go to Newyear.
- Go to NewyearYour Sponsor gave Newyear the crystals necessary for making the armor. Head Blacksmith Newyear has a message for you. Go to Newyear.
- Repulse the Picot AraneidHead Blacksmith Newyear finally tells you to defeat Picot Araneid and bring back his 8 legs. He can be found southwest of the Town of Schuttgart. You must defeat Picot Araneid while your Sponsor is watching. Monster to Hunt - Picot AraneidItems:Picot Araneid's Leg x8
